CONTRACT AGREEMENT

I understand that there is no obligation to purchase this service. I will not hold Automotive Liaison Services,LLC(ALS) responsible for any misleading information that a dealership may advertise. I further understand that ALS,LLC is an independent contractor and not a representative for any vehicle dealership. Purchasing this service is strictly voluntary.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

1. I, the undersigned Applicant, affirm that I am of legal age in the state of execution of this agreement.

2. I understand that this agreement will not be binding until full payment is received and accepted by ALS.

3. I understand that I am under no obligation to use this service.

4. I acknowledge that as a customer, I am not guaranteed the purchase of an automobile due to my extenuating circumstances (i.e. credit rating, length of employment, length of residency, monthly income, down payment, etc.).

5. I will not hold ALS,LLC responsible if the above extenuating circumstances hinder my ability to purchase an automobile. I further acknowledge that after ALS,LLC has exhausted all means of negotiating and negotiates a contract and I agree upon the terms of my contract with the dealership, I will not request a refund if I refuse to purchase the vehicle.

6. I may terminate this Agreement at any time before the transaction is completed, by giving ALS,LLC written notice at the above address. Once the transaction has been established and awaiting my signature to complete the transaction, I will not be able to cancel the transaction. If I refuse to complete the transaction, I will forfeit my payment for services to ALS,LLC If I cancel before a transaction has been establised and awaiting my signature, any payments, less the non-refundable consultation fee, made by me under this agreement will be returned within (10) business days following receipt by ALS,LLC of my cancellation request. To cancel this Agreement, I must mail, via registered mail, certified mail or return receipt requested a letter requesting a refund to: Automotive Liaison Services, LLC, 65 Bridge Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134.

7. ALS,LLC will be obligated to assist in the purchasing of my automobile until I have purchased a vehicle under this Agreement.

7a. I agree to hold ALS,LLC harmless from any and all claims, damages and expenses incurred, once I have purchased my automobile.

8. I understand that as a customer I am under no pressure to buy, however, ALS,LLC reserves the right to establish appointment times and locations to perform the stated transaction. I also understand that if I cancel a total of three (3) appointments that were confirmed by the consultant and me, this contract will become null and void and I will forfeit my payment, in full, to ALS,LLC.

9. I acknowledge that this Agreement and the ALS,LLC policies and procedures incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire Agreement between the parties here to, and shall not be modified or amended except in a writing signed by ALS,LLC.

10. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this ALS,LLC Agreement, which is binding upon me. I further acknowledge that ALS,LLC fully reserves its right to modify the ALS,LLC policies and procedures.

11. I will pay an amount of $350 for ALS BASIC service or $600 for ALS ELITE service. I acknowledge that ALS will locate my vehicle and will accompany me during the negotiation and purchasing phase of the transaction. In certain instances, ALS will also perform the entire service without my presence at the dealership.

12. If I choose not to accept this service, I will pay a $125 non-refundable consultation fee for this presentation and any consultation and preparation already received or enacted. This fee will be applied to the administrative cost created under this agreement and any preparation taken to complete it.

13. In the unlikely event that I have a dispute with ALS,LLC, I hereby agree that the dispute shall be settled by arbitration through the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Atlanta.
